Hey There!
In ILUME we have been just extremely lucky to get the most awesome team members. Some of them are children or teenagers that have been in the warzone themselves at home, and now want to help other families overcoming these storms. Amazing survivors that want to give back.
Some other times we get teenagers with no RAD relative, but with all the potential and incredible skills necessary to work and empower these families.
Sometimes these young people come and just stay. They decide they would like to follow our foot steps later on, and we want to help!

Hearing our younger team members saying 'I really love doing this' or 'I hope to come back often' is an honor to us. We, more than once, have met incredible skilled young people with so much potential, that would love to be more involved in the RAD world in hopes to one day be able to develop professionally in this field.
While our weeks during the Family Bonding Programs are extremely busy, awareness and education are one of our main goals, and that includes preparing the next generations so one day they can continue what we're trying to start.
